This exhibition is centered on a research topic focused on the everyday within the urban space. Each artist defined their own conception of research from site-specificity, each taking one kilometer of the city as context for their investigation and composition. The distance chosen was not exact down to the millimeter, but it acted like a perceptive border in the imagination. Each of these artists draw us to their sensibilities, to how they see the body within the space, or the effect exerted by the space as context on the body, and they invite us to consider the possibility of relationships between body and space. The city becomes a starting point as well as an end point.
